Chocolate Layer Sponge
A deeply rich yet fluffy chocolate sponge sandwiched between two layers of chocolate ganache. Dark yet light and sweet; erring (at least in our minds) on the right side of naughty.
This cake can be made gluten free & dairy free or vegan.

- Writing will be added using White chocolate.

Standard: Cocoa Powder, EGG, MILK, WHEAT Flour, Baking Powder, Butter (MILK), Sugar, Dark Chocolate (55% cocoa), Cream (MILK)

Vegan: Vegetable Fat, Golden Syrup, Coffee, WHEAT Flour, Cocoa Powder, Bicarbonate Soda, Lemon, Sugar, Coconut Milk
