The Scots weren’t playing around when they founded this King of confection. Our version starts with a layer of gluten-free shortbread, a-top which an unctuous layer of caramel lies. We finish ours with a layer of dark chocolate ganache, providing the perfect cocoa rich contrast to the sweet layers beneath.
