Our take on this modern American classic stays pretty true to its roots. Our ruby hued sponge is soft and tender with undertones of earthy cocoa and tangy buttermilk. The delicate sponge is sandwiched and covered with a silky cream cheese frosting and decorated with rubied cake crumbs.
