Sweet Potato and Pecan
Not unlike a carrot cake, this sponge is moist and tender and full of flavour. Enriched with spices and offering a toasty nutty bite, this cake is a little something different and of course, delicious.
A small is a single-layered 9" sponge; A large is double-layered 9” sponge both finished with icing toasted coconut and pecans.
Ingredients:
Sugar, Olive Oil, Sweet Potato, EGG, Vanilla, WHEAT Flour, Cinnamon, Allspice, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda, Salt, Natural Yogurt (MILK), Desiccated Coconut, PECANS, WALNUTS (NUTS)
