Questions and Answers
Gift Note
Personalise your gift by including a handwritten note. Select a design and write a message and we will add a note with your cake.
Best Before
Most products will keep fresh for up to 5 days at an ambient temperature.
Postal items come wrapped with a 5-day best before from the day of delivery.
Storage
Round cakes are provided in cardboard cake boxes. Brownies and traybakes are pre-portioned, wrapped and provided in paper bags.
Where possible, our cakes should be kept in an airtight container. Products finished with buttercream, chocolate ganache or cream cheese icing should be kept in the fridge, away from strong odours like onion, garlic, strong cheese and fish.

Local Delivery is available across East Kent on Tuesdays and Fridays. Post codes:

CT4 (Canterbury & Chartham only), CT5, CT6, CT7, CT8, CT9, CT10, CT11, CT12, CT13
Postal Delivery is available for brownies, traybakes, and cake boxes only.

Items can be pre-ordered and collected at various times during the week from our bakery in Canterbury: Unit 11c Barton Business Park, CT1 3AA. Choose a date and time at checkout.
