Elderflower and White Chocolate
This cake is a real celebration of the late spring/ early summer season: pairing floral, zesty elderflower with the sweet smoothness of white chocolate. A featherlight elderflower sponge is sandwiched together and covered with a silky white chocolate and elderflower ganache. Elegant simplicity at its best.
This cake can come as standard or gluten free.
