Chocolate Layer Sponge

A deeply rich yet fluffy chocolate sponge sandwiched between two layers of chocolate ganache. Dark yet light and sweet; erring (at least in our minds) on the right side of naughty. 

This cake can be made gluten free, dairy free or entirely vegan.

Add Writing on top of the cake for £2 (small cake) £3 (large cake).  

- Writing will be added using White chocolate or Dark Chocolate to compliment the colour of the cake.
