Chocolate Layer Sponge

A deeply rich yet fluffy chocolate sponge sandwiched between two layers of chocolate ganache. Dark yet light and sweet; erring (at least in our minds) on the right side of naughty. 

This cake can be made gluten free, dairy free or entirely vegan. Add writing for £3.  

- Writing will be added using White chocolate.

Ingredients:

Standard: Cocoa Powder, EGG, MILK, WHEAT Flour, Baking Powder, Butter (MILK), Sugar, Dark Chocolate (55% cocoa), Cream (MILK) 

Gluten & Dairy Free: Cocoa Powder, EGG, Sugar, Gluten Free Flour, Vegetable Fat, Xanthan Gum, Baking Powder

Vegan: Vegetable Fat, Golden Syrup, Coffee, WHEAT Flour, Cocoa Powder, Bicarbonate Soda, Lemon, Sugar, Coconut Milk
